On Feb. 12, 2019 a water billing proposal was presented to the Board.

On January, 2011 engineering firm, Medina Consulting, LLC prepared a Cost Assessment for water system improvements. 

On March 19, 2019, an engineer offered a free consultation to the Board and the recommendation was initially ignored by the Board.

On July 30, 2019 system 2 went down due to unknown cause(s). Residents were on water rationing for over 2 weeks.

On August 2, 2019, $900 was allocated to hire a system engineer to present a staged plan for improvements.

On  March 10, 2020, a Water System Planning Recommendations from Sierra Engineering Solution was presented to the Board 

On March 9, 2021 a Water Rate Study/Preliminary Engineering Report from Sierra Engineering Solution was presented to the Board .

On April 13, 2021 a Proposal for Water System and Drainage Upgrades was submitted by WH Pacific to the Board.

On May 6, 2021 a Proposal for Water System Improvements Study from Wilson & Company was submitted to the Board.

On May 11, 2021 A cost evaluation compared the Sierra Engineering, WH Pacific and Wilson & Company proposals.

On June 29, 2021 a meeting was held to introduce WH Pacific (NV5)--the engineering firm selected by the board.
